How to Use
← BackIntro
Jellyfin plays media (TV shows, movies) stored on the server. The server does not contain all media. However, you can add more media using Jellyseer. Please note that, depending on the popularity of the media, it may take a while to download. You will get an email when done, or you can check the progress percentage on Jellyseer. There is also a monthly email with all the new content. Please contact us to be put on the list.
The Services:
https://jellyfin.samhosted.uk is where you can view the media on the server.
https://jellyseer.samhosted.uk is where you can request media to be added.
How to Use:
Jellyfin
Jellyfin can also be used directly from its website. However, there are apps available as well, which may have better performance.

Your password can be reset by going to the Jellyfin website, selecting the account icon on the top right, and selecting "Profile." Live TV is only available on the website or the Jellyfin app.
Jellyseer
To use Jellyseer, visit the URL and log in with your credentials. You can install the webpage to your device. See this guide for instructions on how to add it to your home screen. To log in, use the same credentials as Jellyfin.
Troubleshooting
If you are having issues, try the following:
I can't connect!
Check UptimeKuma. If it is showing green, please contact us. If it is showing red, I have been made aware and will soon post a status update to UptimeKuma. If you can't access UptimeKuma, then we are having server issues or there is maintenance. If this is for an extended period of time, please contact us.
I'm having playback errors!
If you recently requested the media, check Jellyseer to ensure it is downloaded. If you are still getting errors, open an issue on Jellyseer (the exclamation triangle) or contact us.
It is slow!
The media is all in very high quality. Thus, it may take up more bandwidth than traditional streamers. Use the official Jellyfin app to enable transcoding to lower the quality. The server is not slow, nor is the internet, just we give the highest possible quality regardless. Additionally, there is only one server — if you are abroad, we have no CDN.
